Account Questions

How do I delete my account?

To permanently delete your account and all associated users, navigate to the app's 'Settings' and select 'Delete Account'.

How do I change my account password?

You can change your password by first signing out of your account, then tapping the 'Forgot password' button while signing back in. You will receive an email to choose a new password for your account.

How do I change my account login method?

This feature is not currently available. Please contact support if you’re facing issues related to this.

My user has disappeared.

It might have been deleted by the owner or someone else with access. Please check with them first, and then contact support if necessary.

Subscription Questions

How can I cancel my subscription?

You can cancel your subscription anytime by navigating to 'Settings' and selecting 'Manage Subscription' within the app.

Is the app free?

Yes, the base version of the app will always be free. In addition, everyone receives 14 days of free Premium features. After that, you can continue with our free plan or choose a subscription starting at just $2.99/month.

Can I share my subscription with family members?

Yes, your subscription benefits are shared with every user profile created under your account, even on other devices.

What happens to data added to Premium features after the trial ends?

Data added to Premium features during your 14-day free trial will be safely stored and accessible if you subscribe later.

I shared my user, but they lost access and I can’t share anymore.

User sharing is available with a Premium subscription. It might have been revoked when your 14-day free trial ended. You can easily re-enable user sharing with a subscription.

App Questions

When does the app reset the daily status?

The app resets daily at 3 am, accommodating late-night snacks.

Why does the app force me to update my status “yesterday” when it’s after midnight?

The app resets at 3 am. Therefore, the entries you log between midnight and 3 am are considered part of the previous day.

I changed my daily intake values, but it did not update for previous days.

The app stores the intake of units or formulas for previous days but does not record the intended intake for each of those days. It only compares past intake with today's values.

Can I share stored foods and formulas between my users?

Currently, stored foods and formulas are linked to each individual user and cannot be shared between users. This feature might be added in the future.

I can’t modify my calculation method or formula tracking method.

Currently, the only way to modify the calculation method or formula tracking method is to create a new user within the 14-day free Premium trial period, or afterward if you have a Premium subscription. If this is an issue, please contact support.

Does the app support tablets and PCs?

The app was not designed with tablets or PCs in mind. While it might work on some tablets and PCs, it may not look and feel the same as on a phone. Full support for tablets and PCs may be added in the future.

Where does the global food search in the app library get its results from?

The results come from the National Agricultural Library of the U.S. Department of Agriculture.

The PDF export only shows in English.

Yes, this is intentional. We might add support for more languages in the future.

Is the app safe to use?

The app underwent extensive testing before launch, so it should be safe to use. However, please note that using the app is at your own risk. We recommend testing it thoroughly before you start using it regularly.

How can I add support for my native language in the app?

You can contribute to adding support for your language by contacting us through our website.
